We placed an order for two large custom built unit which were turned around very quickly, arrived on the day they were supposed to and were easily installed and finished. We are very happy with the units which have reduced noise levels significantly. We will be ordering two further units in 2004.

I have received the windows and am very pleased with the short delivery time and the delivery procedure itself (I was given a date and was phoned an hour before delivery - I think this is an excellent idea as it meant I could leave the house).
