Hooray! Your (my!) secondary double glazing window arrived in good order and has at last been installed. It is perfect and at last my kitchen is restored to a haven of warmth.
Only one problem. This is an old (100 years +) house and the walls/windows - and therefore the plaster - while it was not noticeable to the naked eye, has turned out to be uneven, which has led to gaps at both sides of the unit
