Just a quick note to say how impressed I have been with the speed in which
you have processed all my enquiries, but even more impressed with the fact that it took less than 2 days from placing the order to receiving the windows!!!!

You were so quick I was not even ready to fit them. So they are still
sitting in their wrapping waiting for me to prepare and paint existing windows
before fitting new ones.

I will let you know how it goes and try to remember to take some pics to
send you.

Hello again

We received our secondary glazing panels on Friday 16 January as arranged, all in excellent condition. We just thought we would like to inform you that all 20 panels are now fitted and we are very pleased with the result. We still have the trim to finish but are thankfully ready for any cold the weather may throw at us. We are very happy with the product and would like you to pass our thanks to all concerned.
