We placed an order for two large custom built unit which were turned around very quickly, arrived on the day they were supposed to and were easily installed and finished. We are very happy with the units which have reduced noise levels significantly. We will be ordering two further units in 2004.

I have now completed installation of your product and am extremely pleased
with the finished results.

The product represents excellent value and will certainly add value to my
property when I come to sell. Although the units were not marketed as a
DIY product, however, I did find I had to put considerable time and effort
into the installation. But this had the advantage that I was able to devote my
attention to producing as precise and well-finished a job as any professional would submit.

The sound insulation properties of the glazing are outstanding: although I
live on a main road I no longer notice the traffic. Thermal insulation and
draught reduction have not really been tested yet, but even in summer the
internal temperature is more evenly regulated. I am confident that I'll enjoy the benefits when winter arrives.

In conclusion, I believe you have an excellent product at the right price. The materials are high quality, it looks great and it works.
I wish you success with your product and hope that it is available when I move to a new home and require further secondary glazing.
