order went very smoothly. Delivered on the day you said it would be. Pleased about that as I had to take a day of annual leave. I have done this before with companies and they have not showed up and thus I don't have the product and I have lost a day's pay. But in your case, I am pleased to say, that it all went well. It is fitted up. Did it on the day of delivery. I already had triple glazing in my bedroom. This makes it quadruple. I am a very light sleeper and live next to a main road. It makes a ton of difference and my quality of sleep is much better.

The second delivery attempt went smoothly and the unit lifted in to place without any 'adjustment'. The dimensions are spot-on and the build quality is excellent. A room which previously suffered badly from traffic noise can now be used as a bedroom.
